By accessing or using RaktPort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Purpose of RaktPort

RaktPort acts as a bridge between donors, hospitals, and blood banks. We do not sell or trade blood and follow voluntary, non-remunerated donation principles.

3. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided must be accurate and verifiable.

4. Account Creation and Use

• Users can register as Donor, Hospital, or Blood Bank.
• You are responsible for your account security and login credentials.
• Fake or duplicate accounts are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

• No monetary exchange for blood donation.
• No sharing of donor IDs (RTIDs) with unauthorized persons.
• No hacking, scraping, or commercial exploitation.

6. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

RaktPort is a facilitation platform, not a healthcare provider. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user data, medical outcomes, or third-party fraud. Donations must occur under medical supervision.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, names, and materials on RaktPort are intellectual property of RaktPort and cannot be used without written permission.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
